At Grey Bandit, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

Check Eligibility

Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email for the value of your return, minus any applicable shipping fees.
